What exactly is Website as a Service (WaaS)?

Hosting, domains, SSL, professional emails, security, and ongoing updates are all taken care of by our engineering team.
Can I bring my existing domain name?
Yes! If you already own a domain (e.g. yourcompany.com or .al), we will connect it to our high-speed cloud cluster free of charge. If you don't have a domain yet, we provide and register one for you.
How fast can my new website launch?
Starter Presence packages typically launch in 3 to 5 business days once your business details and brand materials are received. Business Growth packages take 5 to 7 business days.
What happens if I need changes to text or images later?
Every WaaS plan includes ongoing content changes. Whenever you have new photos, updated price lists, or new team members, simply send them to our team via WhatsApp or email, and we update your live website promptly.
Is there a long-term lock-in contract?
No restrictive lock-ins. You can subscribe annually (€300 or €600 — up to 29% less than monthly) or monthly. If you ever decide to pause or move, your content and domain ownership remain 100% yours.
Who owns the domain and the content?
You do. Domains we register for you are registered in your company's name, and all texts, photos, logos and customer data belong to your business. If you leave, we hand over the domain and an export of your content.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my site?
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice; annual plans run to the end of the paid year and simply are not renewed. We transfer your domain and send you a full export of your content, so you can move to another provider without losing anything.
How many content changes are included?
Routine updates — new photos, price lists, opening hours, team members, short text edits — are included on every plan and are usually done within one to two business days. New pages or new features beyond your package are quoted separately before any work starts.
Do you issue official invoices?
Yes. Postieri XYZ L.L.C. is a registered Kosovo company (NUI 812038893) and every subscription is invoiced with an official, ATK-compliant invoice that your accountant can book as a business expense.
