1. Inbound Inquiries & Lead Data: Full name, business email address, phone/WhatsApp number, company name, project scope, and custom message contents submitted via our consultation and contact forms.

3. Preferences: Stored user preferences such as theme choice (dark/light) and cookie consent status.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

We process personal data only under valid legal grounds in accordance with Kosovo Law No. 06/L-082 and GDPR Art. 6:

• Contract Preparation & Inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b)): Preparing customized Website as a Service proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), or technical blueprints.
• Security & Infrastructure Integrity (Art. 6(1)(f) Legitimate Interest): Guarding our server clusters against malicious DDoS, spam, and unauthorized intrusions.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Non-essential performance telemetry and website speed diagnostics.

4. Data Storage & Retention

All database records are stored on sovereign infrastructure located in secure European data centers. Inbound inquiries are retained for the duration of the active business relationship or up to 24 months, after which records are permanently purged.

Under Kosovo law and GDPR, you have enforceable rights to access, rectify, or request deletion of your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a formal inquiry or complaint with the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo (AIP / IPA) at aip.rks-gov.net.
